I agree, this is unsustainable. You just cant keep asking for donations as there will come a time when you just wont have enough coming in. Either a new and cheaper way has to found to keep the site operating or a new system has to be brought in. Unfortunately I dont know much about servers to offer any advice. You need to come up with some robust system to run this site. Otherwise I think this will be difficult in your part to continue only on donations. I have seen so many sites come up and used to have very good base of client base but because of poor financial planning, they could not sustain the expense required to run the site and ultimately closed the site.
You guys are doing a great job!!! I think all guys those are using your site will agree with me and will support you if you come up with some good payment system.
