Why don't you guys coming up an idea, where you charge some minimum amount for premium users. And give premium access to those users only. As part of premium access, you can give unlimited access for down loads, give access to down load of DVD rip movies only for premium users... this is some of my thoughts. But I do not know how far this legally allowed to do so.
You need to come up with some robust system to run this site. Otherwise I think this will be difficult in your part to continue only on donations. I have seen so many sites come up and used to have very good base of client base but because of poor financial planning, they could not sustain the expense required to run the site and ultimately closed the site.
You guys are doing a great job!!! I think all guys those are using your site will agree with me and will support you if you come up with some good payment system.
