Here is the trick friends...
1)Click Start, Run and type cmd
2)Close all open programs except command prompt
3)Click Start, Run and type TASKMGR.EXE Go to the Processes tab and End Process on Explorer.exe.
or ctrl + alt + del will open Task manager
4)goto the specified directory in command prompt...
then use this command
del filename
5)Go to Task Manager, click File, New Task and enter EXPLORER.EXE to restart the GUI shell.
6)now close command prompt & task manager.....
7)ur file has been deleted...............
