I am trying to download torrents through 2 different torrent clients[utorrent 1.7.7 and deluge] , but in vain . Getting this error

A socket Operation was attempted to an unreachable host

Wondering if the Tracker is down..please put some light on this matter as soon as possible.
I Even reset my passkey.
