This sounds brilliant. A week or two of grace time after which the rule applies. Else, ppl who join DC now will be unable to download movies, n stuff [which would have been the main reason they joined]. Seeding Music torrets is unreliable, downloads are completed and there are no leechers within days of its release. Seeding normally gives damn slow speeds.
Otherwise, the rule could be brought into effect only for those who joined during promotions.
