nice decision .......little bit strict(no:3) but affective one .......though dc is famous,so many people want 2 join this site.......little smart ppl(public) will try~n~ convince the users of dc to get an invitation ...........but please be careful dc friends & best is to keep dc as our home according all rules.......... only invite those ppl that u know perfectly , so u can guide him/her for ratio at least & it is very important for no:3 rule...........really it looks bad that ratio is under 1.1......
