I'm not sure if the previous rips were actually PDVDs, but I have been keeping track of the release of the DVD online....

and the DVD only became available today:

It seems that this is the official DVD. Previous rips did not include English subtitles, which is one of the reasons that I suspected they were PDVDs.
Well, for those of you who have no problems understanding Hindi, this will make no difference. I just wanted to let everyone else know, in case they have been waiting like me.
